Room to roam. A Classic Six and beyond this space needed a facelift to suit the growing young family. The airy living and dining spaces got a full design makeover, while the bedroom wing was reconfigured to provide a much better layout to suit their spatial needs. A revamped kitchen brings a modern elegance to functional form. A large playroom designed for active play lets the kids run wild. Fresh, contemporary looks and custom furniture complete the design.

Navy suede walls, bold black floors, unique furnishings and objects turn this apartment combination into a mature “bachelor pad.” This reconfigured one-bedroom/studio combination included new lighting and apartment-wide AV and sound system. Bold choices were balanced with a modern art collection that was assembled with the assistance of an art dealer.

Retro-modern pied-a-terre. An Australian couple that spends considerable time in New York City needed a cozy home base. This 1930’s apartment received a complete gut renovation, and upgraded both kitchen and bath with sleek, modern fixtures. Chef-style kitchen appliances and marble bath give it a fresh and spa-like feel. Aboriginal art adorning the walls adds color and personality, and a reminder of home.

This Palm Beach escape for New York City clients is a refreshing change from city life. Two rooms were combined to open up the space and keep it airy and social for entertaining and casual living. An added wall of sliding glass panels closes off the den to provide privacy for overnight guests. The décor mixes vintage Palm Beach finds with contemporary furnishings for a breezy oceanfront retreat. Select orange pieces provide a juicy pop of color.

Rise above on The Highline. Created for a young couple that loves to cook and entertain, this inviting space features an open kitchen with modern fixtures and finishing and an oversized dining table. This interior project mixes pop art, organic neutrals, and lots of orange. The project included custom wardrobes to maximize space.

Home away from home. This apartment for a long-distance commuter offers creature comforts for weekday living. Select architectural work and full interior design treatment turned this Gramercy apartment into a cozy abode. The addition of modern and classic furnishings, bold color accents, clean lines, and artistic objects to create visual interest. A second bedroom creates space for the whole family to spend the weekend. Full apartment wide A/V installation finish off the open floor plan living space.
